Culinary and Nutrition Volunteers

Culinary and Nutrition Volunteers broaden our youth’s understanding and appreciation of cooking and nutrition by teaching basic cooking techniques and nutrition to our youth.

Tutors

Tutors provide assistance to children ages 11-14 with daily homework assignments, educational projects or basic remedial skills. Bilingual volunteers are highly encouraged to participate.

Computer Volunteer

Provide technical assistance to youth ages 6-18 in the computer lab to build their computer competency skills.  Assist members with learning a range of computer skills from the basic computer programs to more in-depth computer programming such as Power Point, Netsmart, and digital music.

Youth Sports Volunteer

The Youth Sports Volunteers bring their love of sports to our youth by either seasonally coaching a specific sport such as basketball or volunteering on a weekly basis in our gym administering athletic games.

Special Event Volunteers:

Help during special events at various Clubs, such as holiday parties, national celebrations, etc. Types of activities vary based on event.       Time requirements can be between 2-6 hours.

Volunteers are always needed to help organize supply drives through schools and churches. Additionally, you can arrange for a staff to speak to your business so that your entire company can learn about our efforts.
